InTransit Mobility Engineering AB, with organization number 559247–0883, is responsible for personal data for all processing of personal data within the company and is responsible for the processing taking place in a legal and correct manner.

All dissemination of personal data must be agreed in advance. Between the recipient of personal data and InTransit there is a personal data processing agreement. If data needs to be disclosed to a country outside the EU/EEA area, we always ensure that the processing can take place according to a level of protection according to the EU and the European Commission.

We protect all personal data and have the organizational and technical conditions to ensure that personal data is only available to those who need the data for their work. We carry out systematic protection work and carry out ongoing checks so that our protection systems, routines and working methods work.
